Plenary · Breakouts · Sponsor recognition

Conference Media Walls.

A conference runs on repetition — the same brand behind every keynote, every panel and every photo that leaves the room. We build the walls that carry it, from the plenary stage to the registration desk.

Getting it right

Conference programmes are unforgiving: the room turns over between sessions, and the backdrop has to look identical on day three as it did in the opening keynote. Tension-fabric walls hold their surface for the full run — no sag between sessions, no re-tensioning between speakers — and the frame breaks down for a bump-out that fits inside a venue’s access window.

Sponsor recognition is usually the part that gets decided late. Because the graphic is a separate skin from the frame, a sponsor tier added a fortnight out is a reprint, not a rebuild — and the same frame carries it.

Multi-room programmes are where the planning pays off. We map the plenary wall, breakout backdrops and wayfinding as one system, so widths and heights repeat and every room reads as the same event.

Questions

How wide should a conference media wall be?

For a plenary stage, 6–10m wide at 3m high is the usual range — wide enough to fill a camera frame behind a lectern and a panel of four. Breakout rooms are typically 3–4m. Send us the room dimensions and the camera positions and we will confirm the size.

Can you install between sessions?

Yes. A straight wall goes up in well under two hours, and changeovers between sessions are faster again because the frame stays and only the graphic changes. Tell us the programme and we will schedule around it.

Can sponsor logos be added after we book?

Yes — the graphic is a separate printed skin, so a late sponsor tier means reprinting the fabric, not rebuilding the frame. Send changes before you approve the proof, though: production starts on written approval, and anything that moves after that needs a fresh print. See our Terms & Conditions for how artwork and approvals are handled.
