01 How fast is turnaround?
We quote within 24 hours. Final approved artwork is due at least 14 days before your delivery or install date — approved meaning you've signed off the proof, so send files earlier than that. Production plus freight is then typically 5–10 business days by state, faster in Sydney. Tight deadline? Send your date and we'll tell you straight away.
02 Do you install on-site?
Yes. Our crew builds and strikes the wall for you, typically in under two hours — you never touch a frame. Prefer to run it yourself? Depot pickup is available too.
03 What sizes do you offer?
Straight media walls run 2–10m wide in 1m steps, at 2.4m or 3m high, single or double-sided. Need wider than 10m, or a shaped build? That's a quick custom quote.
04 Can you match exact brand colours?
Yes. Supply print-ready artwork (PDF, AI or EPS) and we colour-match on a proof before anything prints. For critical brand colours, ask for Pantone matching and we'll quote it — screens vary, so we always confirm on the proof.
05 Do you handle outdoor events?
Yes — with weighted or staked bases and weather-appropriate fabric. Outdoor use depends on wind and site conditions, so tell us the venue and we'll confirm the right frame and rigging.
06 Do you hire or sell media walls?
Both. With hire you return the reusable aluminium frame after your event and can keep the printed graphic on request. You can also buy outright, or commission a bespoke build.
07 Do you deliver interstate?
Yes — we deliver and install Australia-wide, in every capital city and major regional centre. Each job names who installs and confirms freight and the lead time to your state in your quote before you book.
08 How much does a media wall cost?
Media wall hire starts from $1,060 for a 2m wall and scales with size and print faces — prices are live on each product page (ex GST). Custom builds are quoted within 24 hours; event logistics — delivery, install, pack-down and collection — is added at checkout.
